Natalie

Natalie Ma is a Senior Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, with previous experience as a Senior Strategy Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Assistant Product Manager at Westpac. In their various roles, Natalie has been responsible for developing growth strategies, managing credit card portfolios, designing new propositions, and overseeing loyalty programs. Natalie also has a background in marketing and psychology, with a Master's degree in Commerce from UNSW and additional certifications in Disruptive Strategy and a Global Exchange Program from Queen's University. Natalie has also taken on leadership roles within Westpac, leading the Youth Network as an Event Lead.
