Paul Hardwick

Paul Hardwick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Lab Product Owner at Lloyds Banking Group since June 2016, Paul previously held the role of Head of Change. Prior to this, Paul was a Programme Director at HBOS from January 2005 to July 2010 and started a career in the industry at Bank of Scotland as a Sales Trainer from 1994 to 1998. Academically, Paul holds a Management Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Durham University Business School and both a BA and BA Hons in English and Theatre Studies from the University of Chester.
