Richard Shiels

Richard Shiels has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Fraud and Disputes for Savings, Credit Card, and Personal Current Account Operations at Lloyds Banking Group since October 2014. In this role, Richard oversees the executive leadership of 900 colleagues and services 6 million customers annually across various financial products and services. Prior to this, Richard held multiple managerial positions within HBOS and Lloyds Banking Group, demonstrating a strong background in customer services and operational management. Richard is also pursuing a degree in Business at Henley Business School from 2020 to 2023.
