Tim Hedger-Gourlay

Tim Hedger-Gourlay serves as Head of BCB Risk and Head of Commercial and Business Banking Transformation Risk at Lloyds Banking Group since November 2021. With extensive experience in risk management, Tim also holds the position of Director at Hedger-Gourlay Risk Services and has been a Non-Executive Director at both Diamond Hall Infant Academy and The Education Village Academy Trust. Prior to these roles, Tim spent over two decades at RBS in various leadership positions, including Head of Change Lifecycle Risk and Global Head of Risk Technology. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
