Tom Davidson

Tom Davidson is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in architecture and engineering across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Architecture at Lloyds Banking Group, Davidson spearheads the Solutions Architecture practice for the Insurance, Pensions and Investments division. Previously, Davidson held the position of Head of Technology (Digital Platforms) at Sky, overseeing large multidisciplinary teams and significantly enhancing system efficiencies, including reducing editorial and publishing times. Davidson's prior roles at Sky included Head of Architecture & Engineering and Principal Engineer, contributing to architectural vision and leadership. Davidson also has a strong background from BT in roles such as Architect and Development Manager, alongside early experience as Technical Manager at Business 1st. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Biochemistry & Genetics from Lancaster University.
