Andy Hutchinson

Andrew Hutchinson is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in banking and treasury management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Citra Living Limited, the private rental subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group plc, Andrew has successfully led the company's growth, overseeing the commitment of over 3,000 homes. Prior to this, Andrew held multiple senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Treasurer of the Ring Fenced Bank Sub Group and Divisional Treasurer for Retail & Consumer Finance, where responsibilities encompassed treasury activities, liquidity management, and regulatory compliance. Andrew's career also includes significant positions at Nationwide Building Society, where expertise was demonstrated in retail savings, distribution, and mergers, as well as earlier roles at The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Limited, BZW, and Barclays Bank. Andrew holds various qualifications in executive leadership and treasury management and has an academic background in Financial Services from The University of Manchester.
