Jolene Kopsa

Jolene Kopsa currently serves as the Head of People Technology Process and Analytics at Lloyd's Register, beginning in December 2023. Prior to this role, Jolene was the first Director of People Data Strategy and Governance at Babylon Health (now eMed) from January 2022 to September 2023, where responsibility included developing and communicating the people data strategy and building the team. Previous experience includes serving as Interim HRIS Director at Colt Technology Services, HR Technology Project Manager at Barclays overseeing cloud system implementations, and HR Applications Manager at Clifford Chance LLP managing HR application performance. Additionally, Jolene's career includes roles at Accenture, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, as an Independent Consultant, and in Change Management for RBS. Jolene holds an MS in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a BA in Political Science and Psychology from DePaul University.
