Kirsten Mitchell-Wallace

Kirsten Mitchell-Wallace serves as the Director of Portfolio Risk Management at Lloyd's since January 2018, where responsibilities include oversight and quantification of technical risks for syndicates and the market, encompassing Exposure Management, Aggregation, Outwards Reinsurance, Pricing Portfolio Management, and Research. Previously, Kirsten held various leadership roles at SCOR from November 2009 to December 2017, including Head of Risk Aggregation and EMEA Regional Head of Catastrophe Management. Kirsten's career also includes positions as Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Willis Re and Senior Hazard Analyst at RMS. Kirsten's academic background includes a PhD in Atmospheric Physics from Imperial College London, an M Res in Earth and Atmospheric Science with a specialization in Meteorology from the University of Reading, and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
