Lee Baverstock

Lee Baverstock is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Lloyd's, with a focus on Experienced and Senior Hiring. With previous experience in talent acquisition roles at Fiserv, Aegon, Lloyds Banking Group, Crawford & Company, and Raytheon UK, Lee has a strong background in resourcing and recruitment. Lee holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Anglia Ruskin University, a PRINCE2:2017 (R) Foundation in Project Management from QA Ltd, and a Level A and B Ability and Psychometric testing certification from The British Psychological Society.
