Sebastian st John

Sebastian St John currently serves as Secondary Principal for the Falkland Islands Government and as Project Consultant for Leadership Learning South East, where support is provided in developing NPQ courses. Previously, Sebastian was Principal at Leigh Academies Trust, successfully improving Hayesbrook's position through enhanced outcomes, behavior, and culture following a MAT transfer. Sebastian's extensive experience includes roles as Head of School and Teacher Development Lead at Brook Learning Trust, alongside teaching history and coaching leadership. Sebastian's military experience includes service with the Israel Defense Forces. Academic credentials are from Anglia Ruskin University, Loughborough University, and the University of East Anglia.
