Karen Rossi

Karen Rossi has held various positions in the past, beginning in 1990 when they were an Adjunct Faculty at the Computer Science Department at Springfield College, where they taught undergraduate and graduate courses and led the Graduate Fellowship International Program for 10+ years. In 2002, they joined Financial Partners, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer Financial Partners, Chief Customer Officer/Relationship Management, Northwest Implementations, and Product Owner Business Intelligence & Financial Systems. In 2016, they moved to TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED as VP Business Intelligence/Advanced Analytics. Her current role is Chief Operating Officer at LLumin, Inc., a position they have held since 2019.

Karen Rossi received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Computer Science from Western New England University between 1983 and 1986. Karen then attended the Farm Credit Services Leadership Development Program from 2006 to 2012, where they earned Leadership Development Program 1 & 2 in Management and Leadership. Finally, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2013 to 2014, where they completed Executive Courses and Coaching.
