Jess Podgajny

Jess Podgajny has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2003, they worked as an Operations Manager at BT Medical Co., Inc., where they led a team and oversaw the manufacturing and distribution of medical supplies. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at HealthAnswers Education in roles such as Meeting Manager and Client Services Manager, collaborating with pharmaceutical brand teams to develop training programs. Jess then joined TMX Communications as an Account Executive, responsible for marketing and sales solutions for pharmaceutical clients. In 2009, they transitioned to Vynamic, where they held various roles, including Chief People Officer and Executive Management Consultant. During this time, they led strategic initiatives for life sciences clients in areas such as marketing, sales, HR, operations, and strategy. In 2017, they joined Blink Consulting as a Management Consultant. Jess founded their own company, LLUNA, in 2019, where they currently serve as Founder and CEO. In 2021, they also became an Executive Member at Dreamers & Doers.

Jess Podgajny's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University, which was obtained between 1999 and 2003. In 2019, Jess completed the Wharton Online Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on Entrepreneurship Acceleration and Entrepreneurial Studies.
