Janet Wademan

Janet Wademan possesses extensive experience in governance, auditing, and risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Member of the Governance and Audit Committee for Cardiff Council and as a Trustee and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee at the National Library of Wales, Wademan brings significant expertise to oversight roles. Additionally, Wademan is the Managing Director of Van Helsing Limited, providing strategic advice to international defense and systems engineering firms. Previous positions include membership on the Joint Audit Committee for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent and various board roles within the health, education, and governmental sectors. Wademan holds a B.A.(hons.) and a Ph.D. in Pure Mathematics from Cardiff University and further education from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.
