Shawn Hochrein

Shawn Hochrein is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in the architecture and construction fields. Currently employed at LM Consultants since September 2010, Shawn specializes in Architectural and Engineering Physical Condition Assessments, Construction Administration Services, Environmental Engineering Services, and Construction Management Services for commercial real estate properties across North America. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as an architect at Iconica from May 1998 to January 2011 and at Wick Buildings as a draftsman and material expediter from 1997 to 1998. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1992 and 1997.
