Joe Kumpfer started their work experience as the Owner of Beyond the Numbers, LLC in December 2019. Joe later served as the Chief Financial Officer at Cordeck Building Solutions, L&M Corrugated Container Corporation, and Postorino Construction Finishes starting from January 2020, February 2021, and April 2021 respectively. Joe also joined Matthias Academy as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors in April 2021. Before these positions, Joe worked at LMI Packaging in various roles including Business Consultant, Senior Project Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Controller, Account Manager, Account Representative, and Outside Sales Representative.
Joe Kumpfer has a strong education background with a focus on business and finance. Joe obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing, and Management from Edgewood College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Joe Kumpfer also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Furthermore, they obtained a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in January 2021, enhancing their skills in talent management and optimization.

Both plants run daily routes to Chicago, Milwaukee, Dubuque, and Madison with stops all across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. At L&M, our customers come first.
