Josh Overholser

Josh Overholser has a strong background in finance and accounting. Josh most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at L&M Corrugated Container Corporation starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Controller at Wausau Equipment Company Inc. from 2021 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer at SSI Sintered Specialties, LLC. Before that, Josh worked at Rexnord where they held various positions including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Gear Group Controller, Services Group Controller, and Controller from 2012 to 2020. Josh began their career at SC Johnson as a Senior Analyst from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked at PwC as a Manager from 2004 to 2011.

Josh Overholser received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and IT from Marquette University, where they attended from 1999 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a CPA certification from the AICPA in 2004.
