With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Amy Cordone brings an in-depth understanding of the construction business. Amy joined L+M in 2014 and was responsible for managing the operations of the Builders group – driving process improvements and operational efficiencies including the use of technology and collaboration amongst departments. She also shaped the Workforce and Contractor Diversity group which is responsible for the company’s initiatives and compliance related to M/W/LBE contractors and the construction workforce. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategy, Amy develops and executes corporate strategic initiatives relating to data, people, and culture to facilitate the company’s growth strategies. Amy continues to lead the Workforce and Contractor Diversity team, as well as the Insurance, and Business Analyst functions.
Prior to joining L+M, Amy worked with Tishman Construction (AECOM) and led corporate initiatives and change management for the construction services business She is the recipient of the Top 20 Under 40 for Metro New York from Engineering News Record and Member of the Year for the Boston Chapter of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). Amy holds a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, a certificate in international business from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, and an EMBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Amy is an active member of Chief, a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders.
