Jenne Richardson

Jenne Richardson is an experienced project coordinator and community affairs manager at L+M Development Partners LLC, where leadership in communications and resident relations has enhanced the experience of over 5,000 residents across 22 buildings. As a co-founder of Well Cloth'd, Jenne addresses socio-economic disparities by partnering with various organizations to create care packages for those in need. Previous roles include social media strategist, fundraising director, community manager, and guest services specialist, demonstrating a diverse skill set in customer relations, event planning, and organizational support. Jenne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Baruch College and completed an Executive Education program in Business Analytics at Columbia Business School.
