Katie Tindol

Katie Tindol is a development intern at L+M Development Partners LLC since June 2025, previously serving as an economic development consultant at HR&A Advisors and a course assistant for Affordable Housing Finance at Cornell University. Tindol's experience includes board membership and grant writing for Design Connect, internships at the U.S. DOT Volpe National Transportation Systems Center and the Alabama Law Institute, and research assistant positions with Cornell University's Adaptive Land Lab and the Environmental Defense Fund. Prior roles also featured project management with the Walker Area Community Foundation, focusing on community action plans and health partnerships. Tindol holds a Master's degree in Regional Planning with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University and Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Alabama, alongside a visiting student tenure at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
