John Livanos

John Livanos is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various aspects of the industry. As Co-Founder and Principal at LM Real Estate Partners since January 2016, John oversees commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing, and investor relations. Prior to this role, John served as Vice President at CPG Real Estate from 2014 to 2018, focusing on distressed debt and asset management. Earlier career experience includes an Associate position at Gramercy Capital Corp from 2010 to 2014, where John specialized in mezzanine and bridge loan originations, as well as distressed loan restructuring. John began in the real estate sector as a Summer Analyst at Brookfield Asset Management in 2009, contributing to a real estate private equity fund. John holds a BA in Economics and Business with a focus on Finance from Lafayette College, graduating in 2010.
