Luc Michaud

Luc Michaud is a seasoned professional in the field of economics and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Officer at Québec en tournée since January 2018. With extensive experience as an economist, entrepreneur in information technology, and consultant in subsidy optimization at LMSOFT since January 1984, Luc has developed over thirty econometric models and conducted cost-benefit analyses across various sectors, including macroeconomics, transportation, agri-food, recreation, and environment. Luc holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and PhD in Economic Sciences from Université de Montréal and Université de Montpellier.
