Dipesh's expertise includes strategizing recruitment for key technical and executive roles, particularly in high-growth environments. Additionally, Dipesh is a Trustee at UWC East Africa and has a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Marketing from The University of Kansas.
