Jake Layton, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and client service. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at LMCG Investments, LLC since January 2003, Jake is responsible for custom-tailored portfolios within an institutional-quality investment firm. Additionally, Jake holds the position of Chair on the Board of Directors for Walker, a non-profit organization focused on providing trauma-informed therapy for youth with significant behavioral issues. Previously, Jake was the President of the Board of Trustees at the Boston Biomedical Research Institute until its dissolution, and held various senior roles including Managing Director at Scudder, Stevens & Clark, Vice President and Trust Officer at Fiduciary Trust Company, and Director of Planned Giving at Milton Academy.
