Joe Tower has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Joe started their career at The Boston Company in 1988 as an AVP. In 1993, they joined Boston Institutional Group/Funds Distributor as the Chief Financial Officer, and they held this position until 2001. In 2004, they moved to BNY Mellon as a Vice President of Strategic Planning, and in the same year, they also started working at BNY Mellon Wealth Management in the same role. In 2006, Joe joined Lee Munder Capital Group as the Chief Operating Officer, where they were responsible for overseeing compliance, operations, finance, and human resources. Joe held this position until the present.
Joe Tower earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Joe later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, completing their studies from 1987 to 1992.
