Holly Huntley, CSM has extensive experience in the corporate world. Holly began their career in 1992 as an Information Specialist/Trainer at Social Health Services. In 1993, they joined CSC as a Training & Development Specialist, then progressed to Senior HR Manager, Director of Human Resources Development, and ultimately Global Chief Learning Officer. In 2010, they moved to Vice President, HR Business Partner for C-Suite Execs at CSC. In 2013, they joined LMD as President and Vice President, Client & Consulting Services. In their roles, they have been responsible for leading business development pursuits, building partnerships, overseeing the Strategy Suite, leading market research projects, providing executive coaching, advising executives on talent management strategies, and overseeing HR functions.

Holly Huntley, CSM has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary's College of Maryland in Psychology and Organizational Behavior, obtained between 1988 and 1992. Holly then attended The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, where they obtained a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science between 1993 and 1995. Holly also attended AHS between 1984 and 1988. In addition, Holly holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance, Implementation Management Associates (IMA), Korn Ferry Products, Human Synergistics, Zenger Miller Achieve Inc, CPP, Inc., Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University, and HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
