Jenn R. Dolin Olsen has over 18 years of work experience in marketing and market research. In 2002, they began their career as a Marketing & Research Associate/Consultant at BrownFlynn, an ERM Group company. From 2003 to 2011, they held various roles in marketing and market research, including Marketing Consultant and Bookkeeper at the Cleveland Baseball Federation, Marketing Consultant at 3D Real Estate Partners, Ltd., Marketing Researcher, Insights Team at Nottingham Spirk, and Owner at Jennerous Gifts, Inc. From 2011 to 2022, they worked as a Marketing Consultant and Independent Consultant. Currently, they are a Senior Market Research Analyst at LMD.

Jenn R. Dolin Olsen holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Non-Profit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University, where they studied Marketing and Human Resources, as well as Non-profit management. Jenn R. also holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University, where they studied Child & Family Studies and Human Development & Psychology. In addition, they have obtained a Burke Institute Moderator certification in January 2012.
