Carly Lloyd

Carly Lloyd has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carly is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Loan Market Group since 2022. Previously, they founded Fresh Thinking Consulting Pty Ltd in 2013, where they worked as a Lead Consultant, assisting businesses in embracing new ways of engagement and delivering outcomes across strategies, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change. Before that, they held roles at NAB, BT Financial Group, ?What If! Innovation Partners, and KPMG Australia, where they focused on areas such as the future of work, brand and communications, cultural integration, innovation culture and capability, cultural integration during mergers and acquisitions, leadership and engagement, and workforce integration. Throughout their career, Carly has worked with a range of notable clients, including The Westpac Group, First Sentier Investors, AGL, Newscorp, Tabcorp, and McDonalds, among others.

Carly Lloyd pursued their education chronologically starting with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. Carly then went on to earn a Masters of Education in Adult Education (HR Development & Organisation Development) from the University of Technology Sydney, studying from 2000 to 2002. In 2010, Carly attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, focusing on brand management. Finally, in 2020, they obtained a WSET Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
