Matt Bushell

Matt Bushell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in broker compliance and operations management. Currently serving as a Broker Compliance Consultant at LMG since September 2023, Matt oversees a panel of 400 broker businesses, providing tailored coaching to enhance compliance and mitigate risks. Previously, at Teachers Mutual Bank Limited from February 2017 to October 2023, Matt held various roles including Operations Process Manager, where a focus on Agile Business Process Management led to significant improvements in process performance. As a Financial Crimes Analyst, Matt ensured compliance with the AML CTF Act and managed investigations into financial crimes. Additionally, in the role of Credit Processing Manager, operational efficiencies were enhanced for mortgage and loan processing.
