Elena Guillen is an accomplished professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as a Lighting Stagehand, FlexForce Technician, and Lighting Technical Program Trainee at LMG, LLC since June 2023. As the Festival Director for the Road to F.A.M.E. Film, Arts, Music, and Entertainment Festival from August 2023 to May 2024, Elena oversaw a team of 50 students to plan and execute a successful inaugural conference, achieving a record attendance of 600 participants. Additional experience includes serving as a Professional Intern for Systems Innovations at Entertainment Technology Partners, Late Knights Executive Director at the University of Central Florida, Event Guide at Universal Orlando Resort, and Concerts Director for the UCF Campus Activities Board. Elena began their career as a Guest Services Associate with Oak View Group and as a Dance Instructor with The Roxy Theatre Group. Elena is pursuing a degree in Entertainment Management with a focus on Concerts and Festivals at the University of Central Florida, expected to graduate in May 2024.
