Craig Gooding

Craig Gooding is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the aerospace and industrial sectors. Currently serving as COO at LMI Aerospace since 2018, Gooding previously held pivotal roles, including General Manager of the Stratoflex Products Division at Parker Aerospace, where responsibilities included full P&L management across multiple locations in the USA and Mexico. Gooding's career includes significant leadership positions at Doncasters Group Limited, Bell Helicopter, Textron, and Honeywell Aerospace, with a consistent track record of overseeing large-scale operations, managing substantial annual sales, and leading diverse teams across various global markets. Gooding holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA in Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
