Currently serving as a Lift Engineer at LML Lift Consultants since November 2024, Wayne has held various leadership and technical roles at prestigious companies such as Jardine Schindler Group, Schindler Lifts Pty Ltd, and Schindler Management Asia Pacific, where responsibilities included overseeing field engineering operations, product safety, and regional support across Asia Pacific. Wayne's career highlights encompass substantial involvement in major projects, auditing new and existing installations, product development, and the coaching and training of technical teams. Wayne holds a Master of Science in Lift Engineering from the University of Northampton, complemented by multiple technical and electronic certifications acquired throughout an early academic background.
