As Chief of Operations at LMNT Energy Inc., I’m focused on driving operational excellence and ensuring our business functions run smoothly at every level. My role is to streamline processes, lead strategic initiatives, and align our day-to-day operations with the long-term vision of our company.

I’ve spent over 15 years honing my expertise in operations management, working across various industries, from renewable energy to tech and manufacturing. Throughout my career, I’ve always sought out ways to improve efficiency, implement data-driven strategies, and build teams that deliver results—no matter the challenge.

Before joining LMNT Energy Inc., I had the privilege of leading operational teams in fast-paced environments where growth and scalability were paramount. Now, I’m applying that experience to help LMNT Energy Inc. achieve its mission of revolutionizing the solar industry and driving sustainable energy solutions.

I hold a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, with a focus on Operations Management. When I’m not focused on operations, I’m either mentoring up-and-coming leaders, exploring the latest advancements in technology, or engaging with my community to drive positive change.
