Brad Cohen's work experience includes a diverse range of roles in various industries. Brad started their career at Walt Disney World as a Food and Beverage Guest Service Manager and later became an Area Manager. During their tenure, they played a key role in transforming Disney World into a dining destination and also served as a facilitator at the Disney Institute.

Brad then worked as a District Manager at Creative Restaurant Management, where they oversaw multiple restaurant locations. Following that, they joined Benchmark Resorts & Hotels as a Food and Beverage Manager, leading F&B operations in a celebrity-owned boutique beachfront hotel.

Moving on, Brad served as the Director of Operations at The Hangout, an entertainment destination, where they managed all aspects of the business and coordinated major events.

Currently, Brad works at LMS, Inc. as the Director of Strategy and Integration. In this role, they consult on company-wide operations, culture, and policies.
