Louise Hore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at LNDR since August 2022, Louise has previously held key roles at Arup from July 2017 to June 2022, including People Operations Manager and Change and Engagement Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte Digital as a Senior Consultant, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand as Transformation Communications Manager, and Wesfarmers Resources Limited as an Internal Communication and Change Consultant. Additionally, Louise has worked in senior communications roles at HSBC and Suncorp Group, and has contributed to the Queensland and Australian Federal Governments. Louise is pursuing an AGSM Graduate Certificate in Change Management at UNSW and holds a Bachelor in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Cook University.
