Harigopal Raghavan is an experienced professional in process control and automation, currently serving as the Head of Process Control at LNG Canada since January 2022. Prior to this role, Harigopal held various positions at Shell from August 2008 to January 2022, including Senior Process Control Specialist, Process Control Team Lead at Shell Bukom Refinery, and Lead Control Engineer for the Pearl Gas-to-Liquids plant. Earlier experience includes serving as Research Manager for the Process Control Industrial Research Chair at the University of Alberta and as a Research and Development Specialist at Honeywell. Harigopal Raghavan holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
