Umesh Sharma

Umesh Sharma has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Umesh started their career at National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. in 1984, where they held the role of Deputy Manager in Human Resources Development. Umesh then moved on to Aditya Birla Group in 1993 as a General Manager, where they played a key role in establishing and stabilizing the HRD department. Umesh then joined HEG LTD in 1995 as a Senior Vice President in the Corporate division. Following this, they worked at Maral Overseas Limited for ten years in the Human Resources department. In 1996, Umesh joined LNJ Bhilwara Group as a Senior Vice President, taking on responsibilities in psychometric testing, performance management, and motivation strategies. Currently, they are the President of Samvedna, where they specialize in psychometric testing, counseling, training, and coaching, particularly in the areas of work-life balance, stress management, parenting in the 21st century, and couple therapy. Umesh is also an award-winning author, with their book "Stress Management Through Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science" receiving recognition from various organizations.

Umesh Sharma pursued a Diploma in Medical Psychology at Patna University. Additionally, Umesh Sharma obtained a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Rajasthan. However, specific start and end years for both degrees have not been provided.
