Janet Smith

Janet Smith is a skilled Training Developer and Education Specialist with extensive experience in course development and instructional roles within educational institutions. Currently employed at LNO Inc since May 2014, Janet creates course curriculum for the Resource Management Training Center and assesses the effectiveness of training sessions. Concurrently, Janet has been an Education Specialist, Course Developer, and Instructor at the Arkansas National Guard Professional Education Center since January 2007, focusing on educational development for military personnel. Prior roles include instructor positions at Paxen Learning and Remington College, where Janet delivered comprehensive curricula and guided students in their career development. Janet holds a BA in English/Speech from Lane College and an A.S. in Health Information Management from the University of Arkansas for Medical Science.
