Sera Holt

Sera Holt is the current Director of Operations at LNS Research. Sera has over 20 years of experience in business operations, with a focus on procurement and contracting.

Sera started their career in 1999 at HSBC, where they worked in division headquarters operations. Sera then moved to Golden Valley Supply in 2007, where they were office and logistics manager.

In 2010, Sera joined Garven Design Group as Senior Vice President of Operations. Sera was responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, as well as its long-term strategic planning. Sera left Garven in 2018 to start their own business operations consulting firm.

In 2019, Sera joined Motion Intelligence as Business Operations Director. Sera oversaw the company's procurement and contracting processes, as well as its financial planning. Sera left Motion Intelligence in December 2021 to join LNS Research as Director of Operations.

Sera Holt received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Marylhurst University.

Sera Holt works with Sam Snow - Strategic Account Manager, Vivek Murugesan - Senior Research Associate, and Mehul Shah - Senior Associate. Sera Holt reports to Matthew Littlefield, President & Research Leader.
