Vivek Murugesan

Vivek Murugesan is a Senior Research Associate at LNS Research. Prior to this, they worked as a Supply Chain Intern at ARRIS from May 2016 to September 2016, where they were responsible for developing strategies and automating Excel reports using Excel macros and Visual Basic (VBA) scripts to identify and analyze KPI metrics for suppliers’ commitment to weekly demand and forecast. Vivek also created dashboards and GUIs in MS Access to improve supplier traceability data and component information retrieval. In addition, they performed data cleaning on raw supplier data using R and SQL to clean and load the data into a SQL database. Vivek also has experience as an Intern at Hyundai Motor India Ltd., where they worked from June 2014 to August 2014.

Vivek Murugesan has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University. Vivek also has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology. Additionally, they have various certifications from Lynda.com, edX, APICS, and the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
