Roman Kravets

Roman Kravets, MBA has diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Roman started their career at Kyivvodokanal as the Head of Tender Division from 2003 to 2005. After that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at LLC "Licorne" from 2005 to 2007. Following this, Roman joined JSC "NEST" as the Financial Manager of Construction Projects from 2007 to 2008. Roman then joined ASTARTA, where they held multiple roles such as Head of Tender and Procurement from 2009 to 2019, Head of Trading from 2018 to 2019, and Project Manager of the Soybean Processing Plant Construction from 2011 to 2014. Currently, Roman operates as a Private Entrepreneur, providing consultancy services in fertiliser trading operations and representing clients towards key market players. Additionally, they manage the coordination of supply chain operations. Most recently, they worked for LNZ Group (UA) as the Head of Trading, where they were responsible for trading natural gas and fertilizers, implementing strategy goals, representing the company towards key clients and suppliers, and overseeing supply chain operations.

Roman Kravets, MBA, completed an MBA degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2010. During the same period, they also pursued an MBA program at the International Institute of Business (IIB). Prior to their MBA studies, Roman obtained a Specialist degree in Finance from the National University 'Ostroh Academy' in 2004.
