Florian Allkanjari

Florian Allkanjari has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in technology and operations. Florian is currently the Vice President of Technology at Loadlink Technologies since April 2023. Prior to this, Florian served as the Vice President of Technology Operations at Dealer-FX Group, Inc from February 2015 to March 2023. In this role, they implemented Lean and Agile development processes to enhance team productivity.

Before Dealer-FX, Florian worked at Unify Inc. as the Head of Global Vendor Support from October 2002 to January 2015. Here, they focused on optimizing problem resolution and oversaw aftermarket functions. Florian began their career as a Professional Services Consultant at Synamics Inc. from January 2000 to December 2001, where they provided technical support, training, and analyzed software and hardware requirements.

Prior to Synamics, Florian worked as a Business and Project Analyst at Alcatel Telecommunications from May 1996 to August 1999, managing various projects and leading a project team on development methodologies and release management.

Florian Allkanjari began their education in 1991 at Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. Following this, they pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Business Administration and Management in 1996. In 1999, Florian attended Success Business College, where they received a Diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications in 2000.
