Anna Carolina Rocha serves as a Customer Support Manager at Loadsmart, overseeing digital operations and leading a team to enhance customer satisfaction while streamlining workflows. In addition, Anna is a co-founder of MineiriX, promoting the exchange of knowledge among CX and CS professionals in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Prior to Loadsmart, Anna held several roles at Hotmart, culminating in the position of International Customer Support & Experience Manager, where responsibilities included establishing global support operations and leading diverse teams across multiple countries. Anna's experience also includes teaching Portuguese, freelance proofreading, and contributions to international relations at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
