Brent Carter has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Brent currently holds the position of SVP, Customer Experience and Operations at Loadsmart, where they lead a team and oversees customer success and revenue operations. Prior to this, they worked at OpenX as the Vice President of Revenue Management, where they managed a team and drove organic revenue growth for North American customers. Brent also held the role of Vice President of Partner Services at OpenX, where they directed initiatives to improve customer care and retention. Before OpenX, Brent worked at Tagged as a Senior Manager in both Business Operations and Customer Experience. Brent started their career at Life Technologies, where they held managerial positions in Professional Services and Order Administration. At Applied Biosystems, they served as a Supervisor and Senior Coordinator in Order Administration. Throughout their career, Brent has demonstrated their ability to drive revenue growth, optimize operations, and lead and develop teams.

Brent Carter attended San Francisco State University from 1996 to 1999, studying Psychology. Brent also obtained additional certifications including Certified Trainer, Excellence in Service from IBM Kenexa - Business Partner (now High Performance Profiling) in 2004, as well as in-house certifications for Project Management and Six Sigma Black Belt from APPLIED BIOSYSTEMS.
