Caroline Celis currently serves as the Director of SaaS Sales at Loadsmart since December 2025. Previously, Caroline held the position of Head of Go-to-Market at Cargado, where responsibilities included new business sales, upsell sales, customer success, and revenue operations, being among the first hires at the company. Prior to Cargado, Caroline spent several years at G2, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Global Business Development, overseeing a team of 35 and managing a $57 million global pipeline. Additional experience includes positions at Chicago:Blend as a Chicago Venture Capital Fellow and various roles at CareerBuilder, including Senior Solutions Specialist and Senior Software Sales Executive. Caroline obtained an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
