Mauricio Haensch

Mauricio Haensch is a Senior Backend Engineer at Loadsmart since March 2022, previously serving as a Back End Engineer. Prior to this role, Mauricio worked at ESSS from August 2012 to March 2022 as a Software Developer, where responsibilities included developing engineering simulation software projects in Python, implementing and customizing CRM systems, and integrating various tools like Zendesk with Salesforce. With a background in test-driven development and agile methodologies, Mauricio contributed to one of the largest projects in ESSS's history. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, completed in 2011.
