Wil McClure has extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain management field, currently serving as a Regional Capacity Manager at Loadsmart since March 2022. Prior to this role, Wil held the position of Carrier Sales Representative at Flock Freight from July 2020 to March 2022, as well as at Schneider from June 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities included applying learned skills to optimize logistics operations. Wil began the career at Schneider National as an intern in the summer of 2016, gaining valuable insights into the company’s comprehensive transportation services. Wil holds a degree from Eastern Illinois University, completed in 2017.
