Jason Spafford has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Jason began their career in 1999 as the CEO and Creative Director of DVDTransfer.com, LLC, where they identified new technology and was the first to market with manufacturing and supporting services. Jason was responsible for marketing, tech and operations staff with 8 direct reports between 3 departments, as well as managing key clients such as Bravo Channel, Sony and Fortune 500 clients. In 2008, they became the VP of Marketing for Motor Head, LLC, where they secured Angel Investors for the start-up of the company, created 7 SKUs in two years in the men's personal grooming market, and supervised all aspects of product labeling, design, manufacturing and sales. In 2010, they joined McKay TransCold, LLC as Senior VP Sales/Marketing, where they secured investors for the start-up of a new logistics 3PL, offered an innovative rail/truck model, and managed a national sales team. In 2015, they became Senior VP Enterprise Sales & Development for the Big Data Solutions Group at Trinlogix, LLC, where they were responsible for developing new market verticals for an innovative BI tool, led integrations with TD Ameritrade & Charles Schwab, and headed development teams improving the Trinlogix software in the Fintech space. In 2017, they joined LHi Lab as Partner/VP Sales and in 2021 they became the Director of Sales at LoadStop, the world's smartest Enterprise TMS with the largest freight matching platform and all provided in a single window view, with the most connected digital solutions for the trucking and logistics industry.

Jason Spafford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
