Jason Branaugh

Jason Branaugh has a diverse background in operations and account management, demonstrating leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Xeratec Software Development since April 2024, Branaugh also holds the role of Account Manager at LoadTraxx since May 2019. Previous experience includes positions such as Operations Supervisor at Cabot Microelectronics and Operations Manager at IDEX Corporation. A strong foundation in manufacturing is evident from roles at nLIGHT, SolarWorld, SUMCO, and Silicon Crystals Inc, where Branaugh advanced from Production Lead to Senior Production Supervisor. Additional experience includes a military background in Transportation Operations with the US Army from September 1991 to June 1995.
