Trish Cantu

Trish Cantu is currently the VP of Asset Management at Loan Ranger Capital. Trish has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on real estate. Trish began their career as a financial analyst at Wells Fargo, where they supported 80+ banking relationships and analyzed companies' financial strengths and weaknesses. Trish then became the Chief Financial Officer at Capital Fund I, where they were responsible for approving real estate loans and managing the fund's cash flow. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing the asset management team and ensuring that the portfolio is performing well.

Trish Cantu has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. Trish also studied Business, Finance, Marketing, Communication, and Management at Nanjing University. Cantu is certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute and has a Texas Real Estate License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
