Steven Declerck

Steven Declerck has a diverse and extensive work experience. Steven worked as a Director of Enterprise Systems at Loan Science, LLC from September 2015 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Systems Engineer at The Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia from March 2009 to August 2015, where they provided Electronic Health Record (EHR) services, managed Microsoft Windows EHR data center infrastructure, and project managed and implemented major Epic releases.

From October 2005 to February 2009, Steven served as a Sr. Project Manager/Sr. Systems Architect at Adagio Consulting Group, Inc. in which they managed client relationships, created repeatable statements of work, and supported sales in communicating the value proposition of the SAP xMII and Citrix Access Suite Infrastructure Practice. Before that, they were a Managing Consultant at MTM Technologies, Inc. from December 2004 to September 2005, where they managed the Information Systems Infrastructure, led a redesign of the backend infrastructure, and migrated from Novell eDirectory to Microsoft Active Directory.

From August 2001 to November 2004, Steven worked as a Managing Consultant at Vector ESP, Inc. During their tenure, they defined the strategic direction for the Citrix MSAM practice, conducted sales and engineering training, and developed repeatable statements of works that led to longer engagements. From April 2000 to July 2001, they were a Managing Consultant at Broadreach Consulting, Inc., where they delivered various projects including Enterprise Information Portal, business-to-business sites, application development, and system integration projects.

At Lockheed Martin Corporation, Steven worked as a Staff Software Engineer from June 1995 to March 2000. Steven served as a Project Manager in the implementation of the Business Support System/Operational Support System and analyzed and recommended back-office infrastructure for Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications.

Steven Declerck obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1996. Steven then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania from 1996 to 1999. Prior to their university education, Steven attended Westlake High School from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2002.
